Common questions
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before, open the subscription screen and choose Restore purchases.
Your subscription belongs to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it, so on another platform it cannot be restored. If restoring does not work, email us with your store receipt.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, and we cannot issue them ourselves. Ask the store you bought from.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account (it shows while you are signed in), then confirm. This deletes your sign in account and profile and clears the app's data on your device.
To have every record linked to your account erased, email faisal.alnasri130@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. The privacy policy explains what is deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
I found a wrong question. How do I report it?
On the question screen, tap the report button, choose what is wrong and send it. We read every report and correct the question if it is wrong. You can also email us the question and what is wrong with it.
